On the Windows version, calling View All GANTT Charts opens a scene which occupies about 20% of the upper left corner of the display. To be useful this scene needs to be resized each use. Provide a means for SM to "remember" the last used size of the scene on subsequent uses.
Part 2. By default, the View All GANTT Charts scene seems to focus on the earliest starting date of any of the projects being displayed. Change the default time focus to be centered on "today."

i would also like to see what project each GANTT is attached to. its a useless view to us unless we name each GANTT with the project name in it .. which we do not want to do.
Part 3 - When scrolling vertically in the View All GANTT Charts scene, the Date ribbon scrolls off the top of the scene. Revise the layout such that the Date ribbon remains visible when scrolling vertically.
Part 4 - Provide a "Live Planning" checkbox in the Project Info (or alternatively Project Planning) scene to allow suppressing a project's planning info in the View All GANTT Charts display. I know that planning info can be suppressed by unchecking the Live Project checkbox but there should be some less drastic means of suppressing GANTT information than unchecking the Live Project checkbox or deleting all the individual GANTT items.
i have also noticed that when scrolling through that chart sideways, i cant visually see what month im in, just the days.
am i missing it - or is it just not there?
also Rob - when glancing at your charts, how do you know which project each items from?
do you have the same problem as me ? or are you using a work around of some sort?
ah i didnt see this:
http://support.oranged.net/entries/493676-project-id-in-gantt-view
still - knowing what month we are viewing is still an issue.
You're correct, there is no indication of the month in either the individual project Planning scene or the View All GANTT Charts scene. It would be somewhat less of an inconvenience if these scenes would open with their focus centered on "today" instead of the earliest date in the list of GANTT items.
More changes coming in 9.0:
- All Gantt Charts window will remember its position
- Gantt chart will attempt to scroll horizontally to current date
- View all gantt charts button
- More prominent view of current date
Other updates will be added before the final 9.0 release.
These will be welcome additions! I hope that Part 4 "Live Planning" makes it into the other updates to be added.
