Upgraded to Snow Leopard - Can't open Studiometry

I just upgraded to Snow Leopard and now when I open Studiometry (v. 5 I believe) - I get this "A Cocoa NSUnknownKeyException was not handled" error.  See attached.

Is there a version conflict with Snow Leopard or is there some other issue?

Thanks!

Dan

At 5.1 you're a bit behind the times. Studiometry is now at version 8.2.

See this Knowledge Base article for your issue - http://oranged.zendesk.com/entries/452922-error-messages-on-mac-os-10-6-snow-leopard

So basically the only way to even access my information stored, I'll have to upgrade?  Will my old database be automatically updated to the new version?

I suggest you open a Support ticket to receive individualized guidance on retrieving your 5.1 database into Studiometry 8.2.

Click on "New Ticket" at the top of the Oranged Software Support window.

Easier said than done.  I sent them an email over a week ago.  Will try again...

Hi Dan,

Not sure where your email went to, but we got the ticket you opened today and we responded to it. If you need important support please be sure to just open a ticket and we'll respond ASAP.

The KB article explains that Studiometry 5.x and older are not Snow Leopard compatible. That operating system broke many programs and we fixed the current version at the time (7.x) and went back and also fixed the previous version (6.x) to work with Snow Leopard.
