Account list box on display to have width resizing ability

Need more flexibility in sizing the Accounted view in order to fit it on screen side by side with spreadsheets or other programs.
- The LEFT (gray) panel with the account list is currently not resizable.
- Would be real sweet to be able to resize each field independently, also. Currently only the Payee and Account field flexes when the window size is adjusted.

We plan on adding at least the ability to resize the account list width. We may also add the ability to resize individual columns in the transaction list, but this is not definite yet. Thanks for the feedback!
