Please add two new template variables: TaxableSubTotal and NonTaxableSubTotal

This would make my life far simpler. Easier to look at receipts and know the taxable and non taxable breakdowns.

These are being added for 9.0.1 which should be released within the next couple of weeks. Thank you for the feedback.
