Hi, I would like to know if I can have multiple users using accounts receivable, Our invoicing methods includes detail hours for each client from each employee. I have seen some programs like Billing Pro that allows to do that kind of invoices but I don't know if that program is a complete accounting program.
Does accounted permits use for multiple users? can I block some applications depending on the user?
I really would like to know this information or if you have any program that can integrate all our company needs.

Hi Janette,
I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for here, but most likely Accounted and/or Studiometry can achieve what you're looking for. You can create invoices in Studiometry that detail hours for client from each employee. In Accounted, you can have multiple users access the same data file (using cloud syncing or a shared storage) and share the data that way.
Studiometry gives many employee permission settings which can be set in the Preferences Window > Employees section by double-clicking an employee and going to the Permissions tab. You can also give or restrict permissions to access Accounted as a whole based on the availability of your data file.
