Divider not showing in Toolbar

I have customized my Toolbar and added Dividers and they don't show and there's no noticeable space between the items.

 

Studiometry 9.0

Build 5936

Running on OS X 10.7.1   Lion

Custom Dividers work in v9.0 on Windows.

Do any Dividers show at all (e.g. the default Divider between Preferences and New Client in SM 9.0 as delevered)?

I don't see any dividers on the Studiometry 9.0 for Mac.

The dividers are a system-related thing, and it seems the system doesn't allow them in Mac OS 10.7 Lion. They still function in previous versions of the OS, but Lion does not allow them.
