Will support tickets Open or On Hold in the old system eventually be moved into this system?

Open support tickets have been moved over and if you had any open ones you should have been notified. On hold tickets on the other system will not be moved over but you will always be able to access and view your tickets over there as we will keep it archived online indefinitely.
If you have a new question related to an old ticket please open a new ticket here and you can simply reference the old ticket number. Any links to old tickets can be made working again by simply adding "old" to the subdomain of the ticket's address. For example a ticket link with: http://support.oranged.net/index.php?pid=viewticket&id=ABCDEF
