Watch List Can't Remove Item

I have an item that will not go away from the watch list. Marking complete, deleting from list...even removing the to-do item completely... Keeps coming back. Now, with the to-do entry gone, it says "Restricted or Deleted Item".

Can you select the item in your watch list and press the delete (or backspace) key? Does this remove it from the list and then it reappears later?
Yes, I have tried that and it goes away, but the next time I open the app... "there back"...

Are you on a single-user or multi-user setup? Sounds like the watch list just isn't correctly saving. Also, if you delete it from the watch list and go to the search window (Apple-F) > Watchlist section, does it appear in there? Or is a restart required?
It shows up doing a find. Watch list shows (1) item. I can delete from there too, but it comes back. I also find my application is losing my DB location settings occasionally. I will launch it and it comes up with no users. I hold down the key combo to specify at launch the location of the files, but when it comes up, the location is already set correctly. I pick it again and then it works... Very odd. I am running single user..cloud file location setup.
Are you on Mac or Windows? Some users on Windows encounter permissions issues sometimes where Studiometry cannot load or save the database temporarily, so that might be related to what you're seeing here.
