Color Code Projects

You can color code your projects in four ways.

1.)  Manually Choose Color
You can manually choose a choose a project's color by selecting the color in the project's Project Info pane.

2.)  Project Status Determines Color  
You can color your projects based on the Project Status which you designate.  

3.)  You can color your projects based on the assigned Project Category.

4.)  Each project's color is the same as its client's color.

 

TURN ON THE COLOR MODE IN DISPLAY PREFERENCES
You begin by activating the function for designating each Project's color by either client, status, category, or manually choosing.

To perform this action, open the Studiometry main window click Preferences > Display > Color Projects By Category.

DESIGNATE THE COLORS IN CATEGORIES PREFERENCES
Create the Project categories for each of your Projects ( for example Video, sound mixing, etc.) if you have not already.  Create the various Project statuses you wish to have for each project. You can delete the any of the current presets and make your own exclusive categories if you like.

To perform this action, open the Studiometry main window click Preferences > Categories > choose each Project Category colors or Project Status colors.

Now in any Project Info pane you simply choose the appropriate Project Category Status, or specific color and your Project will reflect your preassigned color.
