Record Correspondence with Clients

The are three ways to record or make note of correspondence and contact with a client in Studiometry.

To record any contact with a client:

  • First method Under the project Notes tab, press Insert Current Time and enter relevant information.
  • Second method Under the project People tab, select the Client’s contact and press the gearbox at the bottom of the tab.  Enter relevant information.  
  • Third method Under a client Contact tab, double-click on a client.  The Contact Info window will appear.  Select the Contact Logs section and press the [+] plus button.

Note: The Second method is the best method for organizational and work flow purposes.

To view contact logs for the second and third methods:
Click on the Contact Logs icon. Filter for what you wish.
Click on Window > Contact Log Tracker.
