Studiometry 11 Beta Signups

For the first time in more than 10 years of business, Oranged Software is late to release a major update of Studiometry. The reason for this is simple: Studiometry's interface needed a huge overhaul, and we wanted to make sure we got it right.

We've redesigned the UI from the ground up to make it cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to understand. We transitioned Studiometry for Mac to a Cocoa build, adding support for Full Screen Mode, Spellchecking, and much more. We've also added the usual barrage of literally hundreds of new features and updates based on user feedback.

Beta Warnings

This is a beta product so please consider the following before signing up for the beta:

  • The beta version of Studiometry is in no way a "final" or "release" version, and could potentially cause issues if used in a non-test environment
  • In rare situations, data entered during the beta period may not be compatible with the final release of Studiometry 11

  • If you were part of the Studiometry 10 Beta, then you are already signed up for the Studiometry 11 Beta. You do not need to sign up again unless your email address has changed.

Signup Instructions

If you're read all of the info above, please sign up by doing the following:
  1. If you haven't already, please create an account on our support site with a valid email address. The initial beta download information will be sent out via email to the registered email address on your account.
  2. Open a new support ticket with the subject "Beta Signup". In the "description" of the ticket, please include your registered email address for verification.
Once you've opened the ticket, we will respond with more information and mark your account on our support site as a Beta Tester, which will give you access to the Studiometry 11 Beta Forum.

    Thank you, Frank! This isn't the final product so we won't be releasing more screenshots today, but we will very soon. Sorry! If you'd like to see more we will have the first beta out within the next week or so.

    @Neels Yes we plan on including the updated Studiometry > Accounted syncing function in 11.

    I think it wise to initially use beta 11 on my MacBook. Test, check, and get familiar with it before committing it to my master studiometry office iMac. If the first beta is out in a week or two, what's a rough timeline guide for the release of the public or final studiometry 11?

    @Laura Yes Studiometry 11 will be released for Mac and Windows at the same time. The new interface (and all of the other new features) will look and function almost exactly the same in the Windows version.

    Hi,

    When do you think you will launch Studiometry 11? Do you have a date?

    Also, we are interested to try the Beta version. If we subscribe now, can we use it right away?

    Hi Judy. We are expecting a release in about 2 weeks. If you signed up for the beta now you can use it right away.
