Pattern emerging - No support what so ever

I'm actually trying to continue and pay for the Studiometry Cloud subscription that I have been paying since June.

My issue: I have been promted to reactivate my account as our payment card is now not supported (error: Error saving billing information:
Credit card type is not accepted by this merchant account Credit card number is invalid.) It's a Mastercard Debit card, more than enough balance in the account to cover.

I have been onto our bank and there is nothing wrong or preventing any payment from being processed. 

I've tried so hard to get in touch with support as I use the software daily and nobody seems to want to reply and help.
