Invoice is coming up paid...?

This is the first time this has happened, so I'm assuming it has something to do with the 8.1 upgrade.

I bill a general support invoice of $200 every month for one of my clients. And when I went to do this today, the invoice keeps coming up as already been paid.

It says that this payment can be seen in the Payment tab. And when I look there, there is a payment assigned that I didn't put there. I'm not sure where it came from and why it's in this fresh invoice. Seems like a bug to me.

I deleted the payment from that invoice tab, and I hope it didn't delete the payment from somewhere else.

Is this a bug?
