Contact log tracker window?

Is there a contact log tracker window in SM Windows version, like it is in SM Mac version?

My Mac has a seperate Button for this, but i can't find an qquivalent in my windows SM version.

By default the Contact Logs button is not shown in the toolbar of the Windows version, but can be added by using the Edit Toolbar Items… in the Window drop down menu. Alternatively Contact Log Tracker can be launched from the Window drop down menu or with the keyboard shortcut CTRL G
