I inadvertently assigned a project to the wrong client, can I change it?

  Sure. With the project name highlighted in the Navigation panel on the left of the main window, click on Project in the Menu bar and then on Change Project's Client… in the ensuing dropdown menu.  Pick the new Client from the Please select a Client to attach this Project to window and click OK.
