Is there a way to see billable hours versus expenses on invoices for a set time period?

I am a designer that bills at an hourly rate and also bills for expenses such as photography and printing. I want to know if I can get an accurate picture of what is coming in - To see what portion of a month invoices are billable income and what is just reimbursement for expenses.
