How do I add Project number to a multi-project invoice

When I create a multi-project invoice  only one Project ID shows up. The Project ID does appear beside each entry but it is the same ID each time even though the project name is different, e.g.

 

Project ID    Project Name          Amount

1234           ABCD                        100.00

1234           EFGH                        300.00

 

The project number is just repeated and doesn't update per project. Any help would be appreciated, it's the reason I don't use Studiometry any more and I want to but keeping info up to date and then not being able to invoice from it means we have to re-input info into another program to invoice! This has resulted in us dropping Studiometry from our workflow.

  You'll want to use the ItemProjectForID variable. ItemProjectForName will also show the correct project name.

  If you simply use the ProjectID or ProjectName variables, Studiometry will insert the information related to the main project that the invoice is attached to.

  Thanks, works perfectly. Is there a similar set up for other project info, eg. PO numbers, spec-ProjectSpecName, etc.
