Rob Sherrard - Imageer Click on Search in the toolbar. Search on Clients. Find the client you wish to restore and double click on it. When the Client focus window opens, click in the Live Client checkbox and the client is restored.

Rob Sherrard - Imageer Someday I'll master the art of reading...
Does the Employee you want to restore show in Preferences, Employees? If so, double click on the employee name and place a check in the Live Employee checkbox. If the Employee doesn't show in Preferences, Employees, then you will probably need to add them as a new employee.

mosey levy they don't show up in prefs, but they show up in the filter on the calendar on the left side below search bar.

Rob Sherrard - Imageer I guess you'll need to wait for a response from Oranged. The one non-live Employee in my setup shows in Preferences, and does not show in the Calendar filters.

Oranged Support Which version of Studiometry are both of you using? There were some changes to this in the 9.0 betas which might be why there is a difference in behaviors. Studiometry 9.0 and 8.2.1 (not yet released but will be around the time of 9.0) fix an issue of displaying non-live employees in the Preferences Window. Mosey, are you on 8.2?

Rob Sherrard - Imageer My observations are based on 9.0b5 Windows.

Oranged Support This issue has been fixed for 9.0, as well as 8.2.1, which will be released around the time of 9.0. Thanks for the feedback on the issue.

Nate I have the same problem trying to re-activate a non-live employee. I can't find them doing a search and am unable to find a download to 8.2.1 via the Oranged web site or checking for updates through Studiometry. How can we activate that employee or at least download the update through which this is fixed?

Rob Sherrard - Imageer Oranged states (in the post just above yours) that version 8.2.1 is yet to be released.
