Project Expenses not to be billed on

Hi all,

 

Is it possible to add project costs to a client project that are not billed on? Therefore allowing us to track the profitability of a project? For example, we are working on a project for a client that has a fixed cost.  We are booking studio time, buying bits and bobs etc for the shoot and would like to track these costs within the project - at the moment it adds the values onto what the client owes us

  You can create work items for projects that are considered non-billable, meaning they will not appear on invoices. You can then summarize the non-billbable items using reports or custom summaries.

  To mark a work item as non-billable, either edit the item and select Item Mode > Non-Bilalble, or right-click on the item in the work list and convert it using the contextual menu.
