I currently use Quicken Home & Business to track my biz bank account and Invoices. Will Stoudiometry replace Quicken so I can perform the same functions WITH the ability to email directly from this software? My needs are simple - invoice clients, track payments, create income/expense reports, and track my business bank account balances and deposits

Rob Sherrard - Imageer Studiometry handles your first two items nicely, and has reporting features for invoices and expenses related to projects it is managing. However if you're looking for balance sheets, P&L reports, and downloading transactions from your bank accounts you'll have to look to a separate accounting program. Project-related email can be sent from within Studiometry (and logged against the client and project to which they relate).
Studiometry's forte is managing workflow through your business including planning, scheduling, task management, time tracking and billing of time and expenses. Invoices can be generated from the data collected during project management, purchase orders can also be generated for those tasks sent to other vendors, estimates can be prepared and sent to clients, and payments can be recorded against invoices. Task assigments and tracking among several employees is all covered by the task management features of the package.
