Hi, I have two more questions:
1. is it possible to log working days instead of hours, as we bill per day worked and not per hours.
2. can I assign a project to 2 clients? Mostly we do subcontracting work for a consulting company at a client of them. We would need to be able to somehow have the project associated to both of them.

1. You can create a debt/credit type (in the preferences window > Categories and Rates section) of an Expense type (not hourly), and put in a default amount as the daily rate. Then, when you want to add in time, you can create a new item of that type and select Calculate Total, and then put the number of days in the quantity.
2. This is not possible. You can assign contacts to multiple clients/projects, but projects can only be attached to one client.
