Where do I find the Payment Tracker

I was changing an invoice that had previously been paid on and a Payment Tracker window popped up that I had never seen before. How do I find this very useful window again?!

  You can find Payment Tracker in the Window pull down menu, or the keyboard shortcut CTRL (Option) + U
