Employee Cost Report per Billable Work

I'm trying to make a report that shows me an Employees cost to me based on selecting billable hours on a project. 

I made a project report based of the debit/credit default report. I can not fine any column field to show me my Employee Cost to me AND I can not fine and report totals that total that cost. 

Any suggestion on how I can do this?
