Up untill yesterday I had one license (my workstation-Win 7-no networking mode) of Studiometry running with the data folder located on my file server (a Qnap).
Today I bought a second license. And changed my workstation into "This computer as server".
When I relaunched Studiometry all my settings are gone, there are no users anymore and the database seems empty although it is still 13Mb.
How can I restore my settings, users and database?
Can you go into your Studiometry Preferences Window > General section and ensure that the "Data Folder" location listed there is the same as where you're expecting it to be. It could very possibly be that Studiometry is loading the data from a different location. If this is the case, you can have Studiometry open a different data location by holding Control or Alt while launching Studiometry and then selecting the new location.
What's the last modified date of the studiometry.sdbf and com.studiometry.plist files? Are either of them getting updated when you launch Studiometry?
Separately, can you open a support ticket and send in your data files so we can check what's going on?
Ok problem solved, by making use of a backup of the database.
