Merge work items on an invoice

Merge specific work items on an invoice, so that individual employees are still credited for their part of the merged item. E.g., Two employees each do 5 hours of work and submit separate work items. The invoice displays one work item for 10 hours, but 5 hours are credited to each employee.

(Note: This is separate from displaying debit/credit category totals, as it is only for selected work items)
