Better breakdown of estimated hours compared to actual hours on Work/Summary

With the new update Studiometry:

"Will now show a category breakdown of estimated compared to actual hours and amounts in the summary screen for projects with itemized estimates"

Unless I'm mistaken, this 'breakdown' shows the total estimated hours vs actual hours. While I appreciate the addition of this info to the summary, it would be more helpful to me to have the 'estimated vs actual hours' broken out into line items (just like debt/credit types). The best summary for me would be 'estimated vs actual' listed by 'debt/credit type' and 'employee'. Adding an 'estimated' column to the Work panel would also be ideal.

  Whoops sorry — my mistake. Please delete — I'd like the estimated hours column for the work panel, but the summary works as expected — nice job.

  We'll just mark this as done. The summary tab of the project will show the line-by-line comparison of estimated vs actual hours and amounts for each type now for projects with itemized estimates.

  Seems to be working OK — but not all of my projects are showing the itemized summary — not sure what I'm doing wrong. Seems like maybe projects with work items started before a global hour estimate was added don't produce an estimated hours comparison summary?

  In the project's Info tab, there's a little box that shows estimated hours and quoted amount. There's an edit button inside that box. Click the button to bring up the window that allows you to edit the projects estimated functions. In there, select "Itemized Estimate" tab to set the project up correctly.

  OK, so I've been working with this new feature and I realize it's a more complicated issue for me — what I would like is a summary of actual vs estimated hours based on work items rather than categories — obviously this means being able to set and track estimated hours based on work items. In the past I have made two entries (estimated and billable) for each work item, but this is a cumbersome work around. I often have projects with multiple deliverables that share categorical work items — so I need a way to get a little more granular with the summary so that when I'm estimating in the future, I can estimate based on deliverable-specific work items rather than general categories — does that make sense?
