Sometimes i mistakenly enter my timesheet to the wrong project. To correct that, i have to deleted then entries and re-enter everything again under the correct project. This can be solved by simply providing a drop down list to select a different project to reassign the work item in edit mode.

Oranged Support You can cut/paste the items into the correct project if you'd like to move them between projects. This should hopefully solve the issue for you.

Jennifer Smith This works, but it's buggy. I had to copy and attempt to paste SEVERAL times before the project would take the paste. There is also no right-click menu for the paste - have to know your shortcuts (command-V) to paste in. I recommend COPYING the work item before you paste it cause I almost lost $500 worth of billing when the paste effort failed the first five times.
I agree with Steven T. - please make this a drop-down choice so it works better. Thanks! :)

Oranged Support If you're within the Work tab of a project, you can right-click on any blank area, or click on the gear underneath the list to paste whatever is on your Studiometry clipboard. Just make sure to copy from the old project first and then paste into the new project. If you have found a reproducible issue with the copying/pasting please let us know and we will look into it.

Admin Hi. This works for me now. I duplicated the work item first (selecting then using the gear), I change the details to suit the other project then I copied and pasted it.

robert luxford Traffic Office Manager had the drop down feature, it was extremely useful. Especially when working on multiple projects for the one client where time can be re-apportioned between tasks to balance the invoicing.
