Hi, I'm using SM in Europe and for this side of the pond I need to be able to put in:
Title
Letters of the first name
Firstname
Middelname
Suffix
We address people with "Mrs. A.J.A van der Grift Phd" in letters especially when we do not personally know them.. Just firstname /lastname is not enough.
