Client Roll-out process.

Roll out:

Needs to be able to allow for a roll out process for new clients.
(ex. all new clients get a misc. job and all clients get a mock up and evaluation of current state the client is in. All of these would be projects under the new client when the new client is started. like a template for new clients.)
