Show Company Names in Address Book Picker (Contact Import)

I often have a contact with a personal entry and a business entry that has a business name (for work done at home and for their sole prop business) in Address Book.  When importing contact info, searching the name in the current Address Book picker is ambiguous in this case.  If Address Book has "Company" checked, show the company name under the "People" column or maybe add a small icon next to the name to show that this is a company not a personal contact.
