Nothing to do with the software, but rather the feature request voting system. It might be a good idea to be able to poll an idea rather than to simply vote it in. Ie vote it out as well. I'm only trial-ing the software at this stage but the first impression that I got was that it was trying to be as flexible as it possibly could be, whereas maybe a more refined workflow might result in a better piece of software. Voting features out might assist in that. Just a thought!

Oranged Support This sounds like a great idea. We use zendesk for our forums and are at their mercy for updates and changes to this site, but they do have a zendesk of their own with a topic related to this:
