A contextual menu item can sift through Logs when viewing, so (say) right click and you get the options:
1) New Job
2) New Quote Request (from my client)(thence linked to my outsourcing if needed)
3) New email to existing job
4) Personal
5) Junk
6) Other
7) Other
My main problem is 50 emails coming in a day and missing them, as well as doing artwork, client liaison, putting out the garbage, printing trimming and whatever else.
