Really need a way to "hide" Invoiced and Paid items in the Work list for projects. My projects last a long time in some cases, and that work list gets really long if you cannot somehow hide or filter out the items that have already been paid or invoiced. I recorded a video to try and show you what I'm talking about - it's just a minute or two long if you care to watch. Thanks!

It would also be useful to be able to limit the date-range of work items displayed. We track time and expenses incurred as part of the operation of our business (non-billable) and these activities never end... but as a result the work-items for some of these projects are getting very long.
I know we could get around this by creating new internal projects each (?) year / month / quarter or something (?) but it would also be nice to have the option of simply not showing entries older than XX months in the list.
I have this problem, too. With this, and in most other areas of the program, simply sorting the most recent items (ie, the most active) to the top of the list by default would go a long way toward streamlining things. That way you don't have to scroll clear down to the bottom every single time.
This has been added as a filter for the work tab in Studiometry 11.0.3, which will be released within the next week or so.
Studiometry saves the work item list's sort order. You can click a column header to change the sort column/order and this will persist between loads. There are currently no plans to add a date-range filter to the work items list, but you can do this using the custom summaries, specifically the new on-the-fly summaries if you'd like.
