Slider for time input in work item and todo/event

I'd like a mouse-driven way to select times for events/todos like there is a way to do so for dates.  I envision possibly a slider with increments based on your billing rounding settings (and possibly your iCal start/end of day) so with one quick swipe I can move an appointment or todo later in the day.
