Add "Invoice Has Tax" to the drop down list for Invoice Status in Visual Templates

My invoice template is set up with areas to display information about taxes charged on that invoice. When I do work for an out-of-state client, taxes do not apply to that invoice, so the tax fields are superfluous. Adding Invoice Has Tax to the list of Show/Hide conditions in the Visual Template Editor would allow suppressing display of the superfluous fields.

  We can probably get this into a 10.0.x release. Most likely won't make it into the original 10.0 release, but soon after. Thanks for the feedback!
