Some clients are non-taxable. There's currently no easy way to designate a client as such. A 'Tax Behavior' feature in Client Info would be a great addition. Thanks!

Allcomputersystems I would like a taxable flag on Work items (debit/credits) as well. Some work items, like parts expenses, are often taxable. Most hourly work items, like labor, are not taxable. I also have clients with different tax rates. The way the tax defaults for debit/credit types and for projects work currently, you apply a given tax rate to a debit/credit type and create separate debit/credit types for each different tax rate (this is what we do now), or you can apply the default tax rate for a project and it will apply to all work items automatically but these will include hourly or labor items that should not be taxable. A simple "taxable" flag on a debit/credit type would control whether the project (or client) specific tax settings should be applied when adding work items.
