I use studiometry for my construction business. It'd be great for that, and many other industries, to be able to show units of measure, ie. when I enter an estimate or expense, I'd be able to select a unit under the vendor price -- like $1.50/square foot, or yard, etc. Have that customizable just like every other drop down. Thank you!

Rob Sherrard - Imageer Studiometry has a variable ItemExtraInfo which (if you're not using it otherwise) could contain your Unit of Measure data.

Nick Hoover Hi, that's a good point and I do use that field quite often. I think the way I envision it, is like a field exclusive to unit of measure -- that way you could reflect that on your invoices and such, and still have the extra info field for pertinent data. I'll use that for now though, I appreciate the idea!

Rob Sherrard - Imageer I agree it would be convenient to have a dedicated Units field. I try to include units as a parenthetic abbreviation in the ItemName variable, or if that Description is too long, as part of the ItemExtraInfo variable (my Invoice and Report templates are set up with both of these fields.)
Having a Units field as part of the Edit Debt/Credit window would serve as a reminder that an entry for Units of Measurement is desired. If implemented, the Auto-Complete feature should also bring the Units of Measurement along with the Description and Type of Work entry.
