  Studiometry 10.1 has the capability to distinguish Client Categories under the Client Info tab.

  Also you can create Smart Groups that will show either Confirmed or Potential clients if you want a way to easily see a list of either. To create a new smart group, select File Menu > New Smart Group, and then add a rule for client category.

  Yes, but when I look under the Clients tab and see all of them listed on the left there is nothing to distinguish them in list mode, whereas the iOS app does  separate them in list mode.

   

  The Smart Groups is helpful as a workaround. Thanks.

  Another option is to color-code your client categories. You can do this by:

  1. In the preferences Window > Display section, select Color Clients By: Category

  2. In the Preferences Window > Categories & Rates section, set up your colors for confirmed, potential, etc so you can see the difference in your main list.
