Improve Stage Required Items Ordering and Function

When setting up stage templates, the order of items gets lost within the Stage Required Items if there are To Do items mixed with Gantt items.

Also, if a Milestone is not linked to any To Dos, it should have a Checkbox allow you to mark it as completed within the Stage Required Items list just like a To Do.

  Thank you for the feedback. We definitely want to update this area of the program to make for better ordering and make that required items list most useful. We plan on adding this in an upcoming version.
