It would be a good idea to be able to assign an Account Manager from the list of employees some where in the area of the uploaded screen shot. That way an account manager would not have to create a lot of smart groups to get an accurate picture where all of the projects were at that they were in charge of. This would accomplish a lot in context of seeing a project through all the way to archival.
