To Do Suggestions

I'm new to Studiometry,
It's our new project tracking software for work and I'm still trying to refine my work flow with the program.
With Studiometry, I'm noticing I'm doing some clicking back and forth to retrieve information. I've been writing down ideas when I noticed something that could be a helpful addition to the program and users.

1. Option to "Pin User" specific To Dos. We have 9 users, it would be cool to have Studiometry stick to my User To Dos from start up.

2. Refresh Button for the main Toolbar. It could be a handy option to refresh my To Dos instead of clicking on projects, then back to To Dos, then back to my To Dos to refresh.

3. 2-line Description option in User To Dos. Our descriptions tend to be long. It would make it easier on the eyes.

4. Expandable Extra Info box and or sizable Job Detail window (the window that opens when a To Do is double clicked)
to make it easier on the eyes.
