If you create a summary report and choose just one item (in this case "Time") to show for a particular selection of projects / people, for each block of data you get a repeat of the chosen item - in this case the word "Time" on its own line. This is really not necessary, and in long reports makes the already 'giant sized' type reports longer than they need to be. Have included a screen grab from on-screen report showing redundant time entries.
One solution would be to have an option to suppress the tiered element (a bit like you do for 'zero totals') so you get the same report just without the redundant repeated breadcrumb.
