Summary Reports - "unnamed document.pdf"

On Mac / OS X system.  

If you set up a summary report to print and then use "Mail PDF" option to send it directly to someone the resulting attachment is called "unnamed document.pdf" regardless of what the summary report itself is called.  Similarly if you try and 'save as PDF' the default save file name given in the dialog box is "untitled".

Would be better in both cases if some version of the Summary Report title was used - sending people emails with "unnamed document" attachments is not so good.
