With a Client selected in the navigation pane, all of the window selections (except Projects) available from the listbox button at the top of the screen produce a window with +, - and Gear icons at the bottom left. If you wish to add a new Project for that client, selecting Projects from the listbox gives you a window without the icons.
Admittedly, New Project is available from the icon set for the main window, but to maintain consistency with the other windows called by the listbox, please add the (redundant) icons for the Project Window.
