Our Creative department uses the TODO Section as a place where projects are assigned to Designers. Twelve designers often go head to head designing for the same project. Our Traffic Manager, creates one todo and adds the the staff that are assigned for the project. What keeps happening is if one Designer marks the TODO as complete every other designer looses the TODO in their outstanding list. We have repeatedly instructed designers to uncheck their name in the list as a way that we know they are done with the project. but then we have no record who was originally assigned the project. Any way around this? Or are we using the Job assignments incorrectly? Any info would be helpful!!
BTW: Everyone here At FB Headquarters Creative Department LOVES this product so much.
