It would be nice to be able to set a late fee percentage and number of days overdue variable, and then have that number be auto-calcuated and added to invoices past due.

Rob Sherrard - Imageer Most of the features you've requested already exist in Studiometry. The Edit Invoice scene has a Date Due field and a Notify checkbox which provide an alert when the invoice becomes Due. The Alert lead or lag time is set in Preferences-Billing Settings. The Alert shows up in the Notifications area at the right side of the Studiometry Main scene.
Also in the Edit Invoice scene is an Add Invoice Adjustment… button which you can bring into play when you receive a past due notification. When you enter the Add Invoice Adjustment scene you will find it is defaulted to a Discount of 20% of the Subtotal, but the values can be changed to Fee instead of discount, different percentage number, and percentage of Amount Due (to handle cases where partial payments may have been received).
The only thing in your request which is missing from Studiometry is calculation of the number of days past due (which is somewhat covered by your precalculation of the Date Due when the invoice is first prepared.)
In my invoicing procedure, when an invoice becomes past due, I add an alpha suffix to the invoice number, add a revision date (as a Project Spec variable), do an Invoice Adjustment to add a late fee to the Amount Due, and change the Date Due input to add 30 days to the previous Date Due. If the invoice is not paid by the revised Date Due, the process is repeated to add another late fee to those already included.

Rob Sherrard - Imageer A footnote to the preceding. All features mentioned are in Studiometry desktop version. I do not use Studiometry Touch.
