In iBiz, if you forgot to stop your timer and the computer was inactive for a period of time, the program would do a pop over asking if you wanted to reset the timer to when the inactivity was noticed, or continue on.

Oranged Support Official comment Studiometry 12.5 and newer have a new setting in the Preferences Window > Billing Section > Limit each employee to one active running timer.
This will automatically pause any other running timers for an employee when they start a new timer.

Oranged Support Hi Mike,
Yes, if you go to the Preferences Window > Billing Settings section, you can change the Inactivity monitor there. This will basically check if your computer is inactive while timers are running, and when you return it will ask if you'd like to bill for the time while inactive or pause/reset to before you were inactive.

Mark Gerber Along these lines – and I think this was a feature in iBiz, too – I'd like to see the option of having only one timer running at a time. So, when a new timer is started, if another is running that one is paused.

Oranged Support Thanks for the feedback, Mark. This type of request has been around for a bit and I'm a little surprised it hasn't made it into the app yet. We'll be sure to include it for an upcoming version of Studiometry.
Thanks!
