Have any Windows users installed V16.2?
I'm reluctant to install V16.2 over my still-working V16.1.2, especially with Oranged Tech Support being MIA for many months.
Same here. Excited but wary. As they say, If it ain't broke...
I'm gonna wait a few days, which is very unlike me, before I pull the trigger.
Hope to get some feedback from the forum from other users who have boldly gone ahead with the update.
I figure in a worst case scenario I can always do a time machine rollback. Just need to make a note of where all the data files are stored.
Philip, if you're seeing this, how did the update go? Any issues?
We have it running on Windows machines here and it's functioning the same as 16.1.2. If you need to roll back to a previous version you can always download them at: https://www.oranged.net/software/download/archives

Studiometry has always been somewhat Mac-centric, so when the first line of the 16.2 announcement touted compatibility with a new Mac OS, I was concerned that the focus for 16.2 was on Mac users.
We long-term users would really appreciate the promised "message regarding the inconsistence with updates and support responses."
Hi Rob, the note was posted over here: Studiometry Update - It's been a while.
And yes Studiometry tends to be more Mac-centric, but about 20-30% of users are Windows-based. It's always important for us to make sure the Windows version works just as well as the Mac version.
