Unable to get help for password reset

I have requested support for password reset, but have not been able to get help and it's been almost a week. I am unable to access my data, invoice and quotes and missed out on bidding deadlines, unable to send my clients invoice. I tried to reach out to them and they said I need to send the data file link which I did, but then no response. I tweeted also. This is unbelievable. Please someone, if you know of work around, let me know how I can reset or remove the password. I am desperate now.
