I have requested support for password reset, but have not been able to get help and it's been almost a week. I am unable to access my data, invoice and quotes and missed out on bidding deadlines, unable to send my clients invoice. I tried to reach out to them and they said I need to send the data file link which I did, but then no response. I tweeted also. This is unbelievable. Please someone, if you know of work around, let me know how I can reset or remove the password. I am desperate now.

Oranged Support Hello,
We sent over the updated database to you 30 minutes ago before you submitted this please check your email or the support ticket #18767.
Also, you sent the data file to us yesterday, and the original incident was started only three days ago. We can't remotely reset a password for a file we don't have access to, and we didn't have access for two days after you first opened the support ticket because the correct file wasn't sent over.
Hopefully now your issue is resolved, but it's unfair to expect us to be able to resolve an issue without getting the proper files from you.
