To Do/Spec Suites

Is it possible to add To Do/Spec suites after the fact? By that I mean, once a project and, possibly, its subprojects are created, can I add a Suite?

  Yes if you go to a Client or Project's spec section, you can click the Gear icon below the list and choose the spec suite you'd like to add from the popup menu.
